Cookie policy

This page lists the cookies and browser storage used on Hoyooken, what each one is for, and how you can control them.
What cookies and local storage are
Cookies are small text files a website saves in your browser. Local storage is a similar feature that lets a site keep information on your device. Hoyooken uses local storage for its own settings and saved games, and Google uses cookies for advertising.
Hoyooken’s own storage
These are needed for the games to remember your choices. They stay on your device and are never sent to us.
| Name | Purpose | How long |
|---|---|---|
fg:lang | Remembers English or Arabic | Until you clear it |
fg:mute, fg:music | Remembers your sound and music settings | Until you clear it |
fg:<game>:… | Game settings and best scores (for example Flags and FreeCell) | Until you clear it |
jadeturtle.*, spider.*, coilarena.*, cubecrawl.* | Best scores, chosen name and display options in those games | Until you clear it |
Advertising cookies (Google)
Google AdSense may set cookies to show ads, limit repeats, prevent fraud and measure performance. Names you may see include __gads, __gpi, __eoi and IDE. Most last up to 13 months. Where the law requires it, Google’s consent message asks for your permission first and stores your choice in a cookie (such as FCCDCF). Google keeps the full list in its cookie policy.
Managing your choices
- Personalised ads: turn them off in Google Ad Settings.
- Consent: if you saw a consent message, you can change your choice from the privacy and cookie settings link it shows.
- Your browser: you can block or delete cookies and site data in your browser’s settings. Clearing this site’s data also resets your saved games and settings.
