These terms explain the rules for using Hoyooken. By using the site or playing any of its games, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Who we are

Hoyooken (hoyooken.com) is run by Vyziotek, based in Dubai, UAE (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at info@vyziotek.com.

Using the games

Our games are free for your personal, non-commercial use. Please don’t:

• copy, sell, rent or republish the games, their code or their artwork;
• embed or frame our games on another website without our written permission;
• interfere with the site, its ads or its security, or use bots or scripts to access it at scale;
• use the site in any way that breaks the law.

Children

Our games are suitable for all ages. If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before using the site, and before creating an account once accounts are available.

Accounts

Accounts are not available yet. When they arrive, you will be responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Advertising and links

The site shows ads, including ads served by Google, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of advertisers or other sites. Optional rewarded ads give an in-game bonus; the bonus has no cash value.

Intellectual property

The Hoyooken name, logo, games, code, artwork and text belong to Vyziotek or our licensors. The country flags in the Flags game come from the open-source flag-icons project and are used under the MIT licence. Game names that describe a type of game (such as solitaire or mahjong) are used in their general sense.

Purchases

The site does not sell anything yet. If we add optional in-game purchases (such as skins or avatars), separate terms will apply and will be shown before you buy.

Availability

We work to keep the site running, but we don’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove games and features at any time. Saved progress is stored in your browser, so it may be lost if you clear your browser data.

Disclaimer

The site and games are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data or progress, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Country or state], and the courts of [Country or state] have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
