Placeholder text. Fill in the highlighted parts and have this page reviewed before launch.
We keep things simple: you can play every game without an account, and we don’t ask for your name or email to play. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the site and the choices you have.
Who is responsible
The site is run by Vyziotek, based in Dubai, UAE. We are responsible for the information described here. Contact: info@vyziotek.com.
Information stored on your device
Your game progress, best scores, language and sound settings are saved in your own browser (local storage). This information stays on your device; we don’t receive it. See the cookie policy for the full list.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs when you visit: your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. These logs are used to keep the site secure and working, and are kept for [30 days].
Advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads. Google and its partners may use cookies and similar technologies to show ads, to limit how often you see an ad, and to measure ad performance. With your consent, ads may be personalised based on your earlier visits to this and other websites.
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalised ads are shown.
- You can turn off personalised ads at any time in Google Ad Settings.
- Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Accounts (coming soon)
Signing in will be optional. If you choose to sign in with Google or Facebook, we will receive your name, email address and profile picture from that service and use them only to save your progress across devices and show your profile. You will be able to delete your account at any time.
Why we use information
To run and secure the site, to remember your settings, to show ads that pay for the games (with consent where the law requires it), and to answer you when you contact us. Where the GDPR applies, our legal bases are our legitimate interest in running a secure, working site, your consent for personalised advertising, and, for accounts, providing the service you asked for.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. Information is handled by the service providers that help us run the site: our hosting provider and Google (advertising). Some of them may process information outside your country, under safeguards required by law.
Children
Our games are suitable for all ages. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
You can clear the game data saved in your browser at any time by clearing this site’s data. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold, to object to or limit its use, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, email info@vyziotek.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site grows, for example when accounts launch. The date at the top shows the latest version.
