How to delete your data

You can delete your Hoyooken account, and everything saved with it, at any time. This page explains how, and what is deleted. It applies however you sign in: with Google, with email, or with Facebook once Facebook sign-in is available.
Delete your account on the site
- Sign in on hoyooken.com the same way you did before (Google, Facebook or email).
- Open Your account.
- Choose Delete account, type DELETE to confirm, and press Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away. You can also go directly to the delete page.
Delete your account by email
If you can’t sign in, email privacy@hoyooken.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, use the email address of that account. To help us find it quickly, include your Player ID (shown on Your account) if you have it. We will confirm by email when your account is deleted, within one month at the latest.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in: your email address, how you sign in, and the name and picture Google or Facebook sent us.
- Your profile: nickname, avatar, language, Player ID and the record that you are 13 or over.
- Your purse: coins, gems, credits, items and looks saved to your account.
- Your game progress saved to your account, and your purse history.
- Your public profile and the player-card picture used for link previews.
This can’t be undone. Coins, gems and items in a deleted account can’t be given back.
What is not deleted
- Games on your own device keep their progress, as a guest. To remove that too, clear this site’s data in your browser settings.
- Copies in our providers’ backups may remain for a short time until they are overwritten.
- Emails you sent us are kept as long as needed to handle your request and keep a record of it.
- Information that Google or Facebook holds about you is managed in your Google or Facebook account, not by us. To end Hoyooken’s access, you can also remove Hoyooken from the apps connected to your Google or Facebook account.
